You will have notice it but you take the picture you can of a person and on the end you end up with blood tursty eyes lol kidding but anyways why does it happen?

Because the flash reflects off the blood vessels in the eye. You can get rid of this in photoshop or other programs, the edit effectively takes the colour saturation out of the 'red eye' |
