i stodd in the middle of a structure and when around 360 degrees, I want to join in a program so that you can keep scrolling anround 360+ degrees... How?

Give this a try. I don't have personal experience with it, but the samples look great.

Some of the first versions of Quicktime VR came with stitching tools that were free. These, being for Mac OS 7, no longer run on modern machines. The windows version though should run, but you apparently need a (free) ADC login, and having just tried it, I found no authoring tool. Old (<4) versions of quicktime used to ship with the option in the qt player to save or export a panoramic stitch jpeg you've made seamless to the qtvr format. You could use Hugin to actually stitch the photos, or the PhotoStitch software that comes free with most Canon cameras. Aparently there is a freeware version of Pano2QTVR available for non-commercial use. The output looks a little like this.

All that said, you might not even like to use QTVR for your output. If you're looking for a flash/swf version of a viewer, you probably need to find a for pay tool, and there are many that a Google search will show you.
